First and Third Trinity Boat Club celebrates its bicentenary in 2025, marking 200 years of rowing at Trinity College. To honour this remarkable milestone, the Club is seeking to grow support for coaching, specialist equipment, and significant enhancements to our existing facilities.

Coaching is at the heart of First and Third’s success - developing skills, building teamwork, and nurturing potential. It is especially vital today, as many students arrive at Trinity with no prior rowing experience. A gift to First and Third will help ensure long-term, stable support for student coaching on the river.

Enrichment opportunities, such as training camps and workshops, provide valuable experiences that foster both personal and athletic growth. Supporting these initiatives helps encourage a lifelong love of rowing and prepares our students to compete at local and national levels.

We are also committed to maintaining and upgrading our facilities, so that they remain safe, welcoming, and inspiring. A gift to First and Third will help us improve the boathouse and ensure it continues to serve future generations of rowers.

We are very grateful for the challenge and matched funding provided by a number of generous donors, including the Rosa Riganti Foundation
